Hi! My name is Amber, and my pronouns are she/they. I am a graduate of Stetson University with a bachelor’s degree in Psychology and Art, and I’m currently pursuing my master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling with Art Therapy at Antioch University Seattle. I’m originally from Brooklyn, NY, and now work with clients in Virginia, Washington DC, and Maryland.
As a therapist, I believe every client deserves to be treated with dignity, respect, and compassion, while honoring their unique life experiences and perspectives. My work is rooted in fairness, inclusivity, and a commitment to making sure each person feels truly seen and heard.
I use a person-centered, art therapy, and relational approach—meaning we work together in a way that’s tailored to you. For some, this might mean exploring thoughts and emotions through creative expression; for others, it could mean focusing on open conversation and connection. Clients I’ve worked with often leave feeling more understood, empowered, and confident in navigating life’s challenges.
Above all, I believe therapy is a collaborative journey where you can be your most authentic self and discover new ways to grow, heal, and thrive.
