Marriage & Family Therapist
Dr. Jorge Grandela, Psy D, holds a doctorate degree in Clinical Psychology and brings over 20 years of experience to the marriage counseling field. He is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) and is a clinical member of the American Association of Marriage and Family Therapists (AAMFT), indicating advanced training in this field. He specializes in both couples counseling as well as family therapy with children.

Anna E. Rae, PhD, LPC-S, CSAC
International psychologist, licensed professional counselor and board-certified supervisor, and certified substance-abuse counselor
I bring 20 years counseling experience to Bridge to Wellness Centers, helping clients find their strengths and then enhancing them to promote healing. My work has spanned four countries, and helped people from five continents. I have also worked extensively with military members and their families. I believe personal strengths can be used to heal from anxiety, trauma, depression, abuse, substance abuse, grieving and loss, negative relationships, challenging parental situations, can assist to alleviate chronic pain, and can be used to help make you whole. I am a member of the American Psychological Association, indicating advanced training in this field.
Jamar Burrell, Pre-Licensed Professional, R-LPC, QMHP-VA, CSAC-VA
I have a desire to work with clients who have experienced trauma, may it be any form of violence (abuse/neglect, intimate partner violence, etc). | focus on individuals in familial/intimate relationships who may be experiencing difficulty managing emotions, grief, etc. | have research interests in working with those who have experienced
complex trauma due to individuals whom they share(d) an intimate relationship with (partner(s)/family/loved ones) who they know have or suspect personality/mood disorders, and | have an interest in research that will promote empowerment of post traumatic growth in individuals to reclaim their lives.
My passion is helping others to find their purpose through person centered, humanistic, and motivational approaches, while also leveraging solution focused approaches.
I can empathize with individuals in understanding the complexities of doing the hard work to heal from various

Cori L. Guevara
Cori is an artist, educator and therapist who values trauma informed practices, cultural humility, and Person-Centered Therapy. She received her Bachelor of Fine Arts in Art Education from Longwood University in 2017, and her Master of Science in Art Therapy and Counseling from Eastern Virginia Medical School in 2019. Upon graduation, Cori spent several years providing Trauma-Systems-Therapy for Refugees, Public School Counseling, outpatient services, and completing EMDR Basic Training. She is fully licensed as a counselor in Maine and Virginia, a Board-Certified Art Therapist, and is happy to collaborate with clients of all ages.

I am a resident therapist at Bridge To Wellness Centers LLC working toward my LPC licensure. As your therapist, I specialize in working with students and adolescents contending with school, anxiety, depression, and life transitions.

My passion for helping other people live “whole lives” comes from a holistic health approach to wellbeing. By using positive psychology and cognitive reframing, it is my goal to assist clients in the development of realistic plans to overcome life challenges and to thrive. Together we can explore missed opportunities and gain a better understanding of how change proceeds growth.
Kara Clough, LCSW
Kara Clough is a licensed clinical social worker with a passion for helping adolescents and young adults navigate the complexities of their launching years. With over 15 years of experience in mental health, she specializes in Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), equipping young clients with essential skills to manage emotions, reduce self-destructive behaviors, and improve interpersonal relationships.
