Dr. Jorge Grandela, PsyD, holds a doctorate degree in Clinical Psychology and brings over 20 years of experience to the marriage counseling field. He is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) and is a clinical member of the American Association of Marriage and Family Therapists (AAMFT), indicating advanced training in this field. He specializes in both couples counseling as well as family therapy with children.

I bring over 25 years of experience working in the mental health field providing care to individuals and families with a wide range of emotional and psychological issues.
Kristen Pavlich, LCSW, MSW
Kristen Pavlich is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and group facilitator at Bridge to Wellness Centers. She is skilled at working with people of all ages. Kristen’s speciality is using art to help people find healthy ways to cope with and overcome stress, loss, addiction, and complex medical conditions. Kristen has also worked for several years with people affected by traumatic events such as house fires and natural disasters.
Anna E Rae, LPC, CSAC
I bring 17 years counseling experience to Bridge to Wellness Centers, helping clients find their strengths and then enhancing them to promote healing. My work has spanned four countries, and helped people from five continents. I have also worked extensively with military members and their families. I believe personal strengths can be used to heal from anxiety, trauma, depression, abuse, substance abuse, grieving and loss, negative relationships, challenging parental situations, can assist to alleviate chronic pain, and can be used to help make you whole.
