I bring 20 years counseling experience to Bridge to Wellness Centers, helping clients find their strengths and then enhancing them to promote healing. My work has spanned four countries, and helped people from five continents. I have also worked extensively with military members and their families. I believe personal strengths can be used to heal from anxiety, trauma, depression, abuse, substance abuse, grieving and loss, negative relationships, challenging parental situations, can assist to alleviate chronic pain, and can be used to help make you whole.
Heather Fitz-Randolph, LPC
I am a resident therapist at Bridge To Wellness Centers LLC working toward my LPC licensure. As your therapist, I specialize in working with students and adolescents contending with school, anxiety, depression, and life transitions. You may be a teenager confronting challenges such as anxiety, depression, peer comparison, gender identity or sexual orientation; a family that needs support with general discord, parenting a child who is neurodiverse or LGBTQIA. I provide an empathic, non-judgmental, and client-centered environment.

Hi! My name is Amber, and my pronouns are she/they. I am a graduate of Stetson University with a bachelor’s degree in Psychology and Art, and I’m currently pursuing my master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling with Art Therapy at Antioch University Seattle. I’m originally from Brooklyn, NY, and now work with clients in Virginia, Washington DC, and Maryland.
